PARENT - HOW TO REGISTER/RENEW REGISTRATION AND/OR BUY MEMBERSHIP USING A PHONE
1. Log in to the RFU GMS system
Use this link https://gms.rfu.com/GMS/Tabard and Log in using the "Log in" at the top right of the phone screen.
2. Home screen on login
Once you log in you will land on the following screen (Your Dashboard or Home screen)
Click on the two arrows (Arrowed below) to view your family members
3. Select the child you wish to register/buy membership
4. Register/Buy membership for child
4.1 Registration
- For new registrations click on the Registration band and follow instructions
- For re-registrations scroll down and click on Renew registration and follow instructions
Note: Re-registration merely requires that you check information already entered and amend if necessary. Usually a very quick process!
4.2 Buy Membership
Scroll down and click on buy membership and follow instructions
N.B. PLEASE NOTE
- If you are buying for two or more children only checkout after you’ve added both to your shopping basket. This will ensure correct discount is applied.
- If you have a current playing membership please contact Membership Secretary as you will be entitled to a discount for your child's membership.
